Financial Information

There are many factors that you must consider when choosing an endodontist.  We understand the cost is important.  And when it comes to symptomatic and painful teeth, we understand the urgency of being treated ASAP.  Please make sure you are always asking:

-  the estimated cost of your visit and

-  the first available date that you can be seen.

Payment Types Accepted

Our practice accepts credit cards (MC, Visa, Amex, Discover) checks, cash and Care Credit on the day of your appointment.  We allow for pre-payment of procedures when the financially responsible will not be present and we require pre-payments for an procedure that involves sedation or any additional medications.  The Apex front desk team can also send you an email with the dental codes and each fee associated with these codes - please just ask.

Insurance

Many of our patients have dental insurance.  This can be a great benefit and our dental team is trained to help you maximize your plan.  We always provide estimate fee information during your first call to our office.  Fees are due on the day of your visit for all patients. We can submit dental insurance claims to most employer-based insurances and any reimbursement would go directly back to the insured.

Note:  We no longer have any Medicare or Medicaid providers at our office.  We have many patients who have this benefit and are seen by us; however, we are unable to submit any of these claims to your insurance.

If you are ever confused about your specific plan, please contact the member services department of your insurance comapny.  They can best explain your benefits and how much their reimbursement check will be (sent back to you).  We can always email you a list of the dental codes we plan to bill for your procedure and each fee associated.  This can be helpful when speaking with your insurance company about your plan.

Affordable Payment Plans

Your smile is yours forever, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to receive the best dental care when you need it.

Our practice accepts most major credit cards, Care Credit and insurance plans. For the patients who would like to pay over time, Care Credit is a fantastic solution. There are low and no cost financing options available, and the approvals occur in seconds.
